LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES

School leavers: In the Thames Valley alone we have over 400 employers who are always keen to hear from School leavers looking to begin their career path into the Care sector. As well as careers, we also have Apprenticeships available for Management roles, Kitchens & Back of House as well as Front of House Supervision & Team Leading.

Work Experience/Study Programmes: We are presently engaging with the Government backed “Kickstart” initiative & this could well be your pathway into a full Apprenticeship programme.

Apprenticeships: We deliver a full suite of Adult Health & Social Care Apprenticeships at L2, L3 & L4 as well as generic programmes.

Higher Education: We deliver L5 Lead Practitioner in Adult Care

Adult learners and Professional Qualifications: We also offer over twenty short courses applicable to the Care industry.

Support for Employers: We partner with some of the largest employers nationally, such as B&M Care, Hallmark, Signature Care, Barchester Healthcare & many independent establishments.
