Compass tool
Compass is an evaluation tool produced by the Careers and Enterprise Company in partnership with the Gatsby Foundation to provide schools and colleges with a way of measuring their careers provision against the Eight Gatsby Benchmarks. Regular completion of the tool allows organisations to identify their strengths and address any areas for development in their own careers programme.
