RIGHT AT HOME CAREERS

Right at Home has a tremendous in-house training capability, which starts with a comprehensive 3 day induction training course and is immediately followed by shadowing and mentoring of all new team members. Quickly progressing to the Right at Home Care Certificate, our Caregivers learning is continual, and kept up to date using a combination of classroom training, practical hands-on training, shadowing mentoring and supervisions with senior members of the team, and an enormous library of on-line training across the entire spectrum of skills in Social Care.

Everyone who joins Right at Home benefits from that, and for those that want to progress, we fund and support our team to grow and work towards industry qualifications such as NVQs.

Some of our CareGivers join us to build work experience in support of a longer term career goal to work in Medicine or Social Work. Some are students who enjoy the flexibility of working for us as a way of helping them financially through their studies.  And many are people who have decided on a career change or are returning to work after time bringing up kids…
