Our team of over 700 make a difference to nearly 5,000 customers across Windsor, Maidenhead, Wokingham and beyond. We provide a range support and care services for older people, adults with a disability and people with mental health needs both in the community and at home. Shaping the support we provide around the things that truly matter. Optalis provides adult social care in partnership with the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead and Wokingham Borough Council.

We’re also the only organisation of our kind in the UK to deliver the full range of care and support services to older people and adults with a disability, including all statutory and safeguarding functions.

It’s a great team, everyone’s really supportive. You learn a lot and grow as a person. There is a good support network if you want to train and progress but there is no pressure to.
